The physiotherapist will carry out an initial assessment  and determine the best form of treatment required and form a treatment plan with your client. 

Some of the treatment options which may be used and are beneficial for treating injuries resulting from accidents include  education and advice, soft or deep tissue massage, mobilisation, exercise, heat and cold therapy, accupuncture, ultrasound, and TENS.
