We endeavour to provide you and client with an appointment notification within 24 hours of the instruction being received. To avoid non-attendance, we will directly speak to your client to provide a date and time convenient to your client and we send SMS text reminders to the client with appointment details.

Once the medical report has been received from the medical expert, we carry out quality checks to ensure it meets the expected industry standard quality and CPR compliance. This will avoid any reports being returned from you when working with us.
